*Perfection*


Perfection is what is left when everything unpleasant or unnecessary has been removed. Perfection is therefore pure. To be thin is a necessary part of perfection. Fat is unpleasing, unnecessary and wasteful. To be thin is to be organised, beautiful, pleasing and right. It is a visible sign that one is disciplined and orderly. To be thin demonstrates to oneself and to the world that one is in control. It is the first step to perfection because it requires mastery of oneself in a society which demands we become slaves of our wants and desires. A thin body is the outward sign of a soul in command of itself. A thin body is therefore desirable above many things. It is valuable and to be worked for. It is my goal.

HEYY PPLZ, 2DAY I WENT 2 THE GYM AND I BURNED 920 CALORIES ON THE TREADMILL AND THEN 467 CALORIES ON THE BIKE THINGY, LOL. I ATE AN APPLE FOR BREAKFAST AND THEN 2 FAT-FREE PRETZELS FOR LUNCH. THEN IN THE AFTERNOON AT ABOUT 4:00/4:30 I HAD A HALF CUP OF FAT FREE SOUP AND THAT WAS IT. I WENT TO THE GYM AT ABOUT 7PM. AND STAYED THERE TILL 10:30PM. WHEN IT WAS CLOSING TIME. I'M HAPPY THAT I GOT TO BURN ALL THE CALORIES THAT I ATE AND EVEN MORE THAN I ATE ALSO. 2MORROW I WILL PROBABLY GO TO THE GYM AGAIN AND JUMP ROPE OR WORK ON OTHER MACHINES TO SEE IF I CAN BURN MORE CALORIES THAN I DID 2DAY. BY THE WAY, I AM NOW 79LBS!!!!! YAYY OMY GOSH, 4 MORE POUNDS 2 GO!! PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE GOTTEN VERY THIN AND THAT I SHOULD START EATING SOMETHING BUT WHEN THEY SAY THAT IT MAKES ME FEEL HAPPY SO I WILL STILL CONTINUE LOSING WEIGHT TILL I REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT. AND I'M ALMSOT THERE..., BUT NOT QUITE THERE YET! AND I JUST WANT 2 SAY THANX 2 EVERY1 THAT COMMENTS AND SUPPORTS ME ON LOSING WEIGHT AND REACHING MY GOAL WEIGHT..., REAL SOON.<33

Today was a good day surprisingly. I went to the gym and burned 800 and something calories on the treadmill in 2 hours or so. Wow, that is more calories than I would eat in 5 days! lol. Right now my current weight is 84lbs. I lost 6 pounds in the last couple of weeks. That is too little, I was expecting 10 pounds or more!! I guess its b/c I haven't went to the gym as much b/c I was busy these past few weeks. I will try harder this week and see how much I lose..., I'm not even close to 75lbs. yet :/ Hopefully I will be, soon.

TODAY I DID NOT EAT ANYTHIG & NOW I HAVE THIS HUGE MIGRANE. I'M STILL THE SAME WEIGHT RIGHT NOW (90 LBS.) BUT PROPBABLY BY NEXT WEEK I WILL GO DOWN. HOPEFULLY..., I WILL. TOMORROW I AM PLANNING TO EAT JUST AN APPLE OR SOME OTHER FRUIT CUZ I HAVEN'T ATE IN 3 DAYS & I'M STARVING!
